basically 4 years ago, i was using the paladin premade build and a hammer warrior was kicking my ass so i ran around the kryta arena with sprint for about 40 minutes while I sever artery/gashed him inbetween running and regenning my health

i final thrusted him on heal sig and he died

D/Mo Healer (Life Sheath+RoF+ Signet as a main healing), 16 streak in RA. Had good team with enough self defense/healing/shutdown abiltiys on the other 3 people so it worked well. (1 necro, 1 ele and 1 mesmer, i think it was).

If i remember the build correctly it was 16 shadow arts 9 insp 9 illusion

deadly paradox, arcane echo, shadow form, mantra of persistance, conjure nightmare, auspicious incantation, ether phantom, drain delusions.
